This year is already proving challenging for many Kiwi families and businesses - and it's only February! Resilience is going to be the 'catch cry' for 2023 and it starts with self care. Complete these 25 questions (it should only take you 5 minutes) to identify from 10 factors the top 3 areas that are working well and top 3 areas you need to work on to improve your level of personal resilience. You will also have the ability to see how you compare to the global benchmark (average scores of all completed diagnostics) on each of the 10 factors.
