Happy New Year
A month down and we are already into the swing of things
This January we have welcomed David Krige to the Sudburys team as a Senior Accountant / Client Service Delivery Manager. David has already got his teeth into a few projects.
Flick David an email if you would like to schedule an appointment with him.
Have you seen our little Sudbury runabouts? We are in need of names for our two new cars (Click here to view them)! Get those creative caps on and include the kids, we want to know what you think we should call them! Did we mention that there is a prize up for grabs for the best name? Be in to win $100 Prezzy Card.
Let us know your name!
Xero Projects: Drive profitability by easily tracking time and cost on every job.
Projects are a great fit for small businesses, agencies or consultants in digital, creative, IT and trade industries. Now you can enjoy visibility across all your jobs – which makes it easier to plan ahead, stick to budget and focus on the right work.
Get your billing right every time – track time, enter expenses and record deposits against each project so you can bill accurately on time. Cost projects and track budgets with ease.
Invoice the way you want – create fixed price, progress payments or time and materials invoices. Details can be uploaded automatically, saving you time and avoiding errors.
Projects have been designed with small service industries in mind – so if you have simple job costing and tracking needs, then “projects” is for you. If you would like to have this feature available to you, please contact Carys Burkhardt to invite you in.
It’s officially tax season (no wonder it’s hot in here!!). Our Client Managers will soon be very busy getting tax letters sent out to our clients to advise when payments are due and how much they need to pay.
